Wake Up Warrior! | Level 1
Rise and shine with Wake Up Warrior!—a beginner-friendly vinyasa class designed to energize your body, awaken your mind, and center your breath. This morning flow is perfect for anyone new to yoga or looking to start their day with intention, movement, and mindfulness.
Expect a gentle yet empowering sequence that links breath to movement, builds warmth, and invites you to connect inward. You’ll move through accessible poses that stretch and strengthen the body, all while cultivating presence and calm through steady breathwork.

Monday
Release, Renew, Restore | Level 0-1

In a world that constantly pulls us toward doing, striving, and movement (yang), this class offers a quiet sanctuary of being (yin). You’ll settle into gentle, floor-based poses held for longer periods, allowing deep layers of tension to soften and the nervous system to reset.
With an emphasis on stillness and sensation, you’ll explore the subtle landscapes of your body and mind—making space for presence, reflection, and genuine ease. Rooted in the balance of yin and yang, this practice is the perfect complement to fast-paced routines and overstimulated lives.
Props are not provided. A bolster is helpful in this class; if you don’t have one, a pillow or thick blanket works just as well. Leave feeling grounded, open, and restored.
BodyStrong | Level 1-2
Strong for today, stronger for life.
Build strength that supports you beyond the studio with BodyStrong—a functional fitness class designed to improve the way you move in everyday life. Through bodyweight exercises and dynamic movements, you’ll develop strength, balance, mobility, and endurance.
Each session is crafted to help you feel more capable and confident in daily tasks. All levels are welcome, and modifications are always offered, so you can move at your own pace while challenging yourself to grow.

Soulful Start | Level 1
Tuesday
Begin your day with intention in Soulful Start—a Hatha-inspired yoga class designed to gently awaken the body, clear the mind, and energize the spirit. Through slow, mindful movements and longer-held postures, you’ll create warmth from within, increase mobility, and cultivate mental clarity.

Cosmic Flow State | Level 1-2

Align & Define | Level 1-2
Align & Define is a mat-based Pilates class designed for all levels—whether you’re brand new or have years of experience. You’ll build strength, improve flexibility, and increase body awareness through controlled, low-impact movements.
Each class begins with the fundamentals and offers modifications for those who want more challenge. As we grow together, the difficulty will gradually increase, helping you progress at your own pace. Pilates is for every body; no prior experience needed—just a mat, a willingness to move, and a little curiosity.

Chair Yoga | Level 0-1

This 45-minute class gets you in, out, and back to work before your boss even notices you were gone. All levels are welcome—just bring yourself, your breath, and a willingness to move with intention. Saturday
Zen Intentions Community Class | Level 1

Zen Intentions is a pay-what-you-can community yoga class, designed to make the healing power of yoga accessible to all—because wellbeing should never be a luxury.
This beginner-friendly class features rotating teachers and a welcoming, judgment-free space. Move gently, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself through calming breathwork, intentional movement, and moments of stillness. We’ll focus on letting go of stress, tension, or stories that no longer serve you—making space for clarity, self-acceptance, and ease.
A minimum donation is suggested, but all are welcome—please give what you can, from the heart. Whether you’re new to yoga or just need a soft landing, Zen Intentions offers the perfect reset to help you feel grounded, refreshed, and at home in your body—just in time for the weekend. No experience necessary. Come as you are, give what you can, and begin your weekend with intention.
Powerful Play | Level 2-3
Celebrate your unique energy and rediscover the joy of play. Powerful Play is a joyful yoga class designed to inspire you to embrace your true self—with all your quirks, strengths, and wonderful uniqueness.

Designed with beginners in mind, you’ll enjoy easy, step-by-step instruction in a supportive and playful environment. No experience required—just bring your energy, laughter, and a willingness to move. Come dance, sweat, and have a blast while the funky music keeps us moving!
