Level 1 - All Levels Welcome

Accessible | Adaptable | Balanced

These classes offer modifications and options to support both beginners and more experienced students. Great for building strength, improving flexibility, and deepening your practice at your own pace.​​​​

Level 2 - Intermediate

Dynamic | Strength-Building | Expansive

These classes move at a more consistent pace with stronger flows, longer holds, and deeper stretches. Some yoga experience is helpful but not required - come ready to explore your edge.​

​Level 3 - Advanced Practice

Designed for seasoned practitioners who are comfortable with inversions, arm balances, and creative sequences. Expect intensity, mindfulness, and a full-body experience.​​​​

Rise & Shine | Level 1

Rise and shine with Wake Up Warrior!—a  beginner-friendly vinyasa class designed to energize your body, awaken your mind, and center your breath. This morning flow is perfect for anyone new to yoga or looking to start their day with intention, movement, and mindfulness.

 

Expect a gentle yet empowering sequence that links breath to movement, builds warmth, and invites you to connect inward. You’ll move through accessible poses that stretch and strengthen the body, all while cultivating presence and calm through steady breathwork.

 

Start your day grounded, focused, and ready to take on anything—like the warrior you are.

BodyStrong | Level 1-2

Strong for today, stronger for life.

Build strength that supports you beyond the studio with BodyStrong—a functional fitness class designed to improve the way you move in everyday life. Through bodyweight exercises and dynamic movements, you’ll develop strength, balance, mobility, and endurance.

 

Each session is crafted to help you feel more capable and confident in daily tasks. All levels are welcome, and modifications are always offered, so you can move at your own pace while challenging yourself to grow.

Monday

Deep Restore | Level 0-1

In a world that constantly pulls us toward doing, striving, and movement (yang), this class offers a quiet sanctuary of being (yin). You’ll settle into gentle, floor-based poses held for longer periods, allowing deep layers of tension to soften and the nervous system to reset.

 

With an emphasis on stillness and sensation, you’ll explore the subtle landscapes of your body and mind—making space for presence, reflection, and genuine ease. Rooted in the balance of yin and yang, this practice is the perfect complement to fast-paced routines and overstimulated lives.

 

Props are not provided. A bolster is helpful in this class; if you don’t have one, a pillow or thick blanket works just as well. Leave feeling grounded, open, and restored.

Tuesday

Play That Funky Music | Dance Workshop

Get ready to move, groove, and let loose! Play That Funky Music is all about having fun, building confidence, and enjoying the power of dance. Open to ages 16+, this monthly workshop explores a variety of dance genres, so every session brings something fresh and exciting.

 

Designed with beginners in mind, you’ll enjoy easy, step-by-step instruction in a supportive and playful environment. No experience required—just bring your energy, laughter, and a willingness to move. Come dance, sweat, and have a blast while the funky music keeps us moving!

Soulful Start | Level 1

Begin your day with intention in Soulful Start—a Hatha-inspired yoga class designed to gently awaken the body, clear the mind, and energize the spirit. Through slow, mindful movements and longer-held postures, you’ll create warmth from within, increase mobility, and cultivate mental clarity.

 

This grounding morning practice invites you to move with purpose, connect to your breath, and align with your inner light. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Soulful Start offers a space to reset, recharge, and step into your day feeling centered, uplifted, and alive. Come as you are and rise with purpose.

 

Note: This class meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month.

Flow State | Level 1-2

Flow State is a thoughtfully designed yoga experience to help you drop into presence through movement, breath, and awareness. Each class draws inspiration from the natural rhythms around us—seasonal changes, energy patterns, and cycles—bringing variety and intention to every sequence.

 

You’ll move through a fluid vinyasa flow, guided by intentional breathwork and intuitive transitions that build strength, flexibility, and focus. Classes may occasionally feature sound elements, such as gentle sound baths or vibrational tools, to support deep relaxation and reset the nervous system.

 

This practice is ideal for anyone seeking a balance of physical challenge and inner clarity. Whether you’re looking to release tension, improve mobility, or simply reconnect with yourself, Cosmic Flow State offers space to explore, realign, and recharge. Come to reset, realign, and rise into your flow.

Midweek Reboot | Level 0-2

Bring your unique energy and a sense of fun—Midweek Reboot is an all-levels yoga class where everyone is invited to move, breathe, and let loose. Expect spunky stretches and funky music designed to soothe the mind and body while you flow to the rhythm of your own soul.

 

This class is about joy, creativity, and connecting with yourself (and your community) through playful movement and uplifting tunes. No experience required—just a willingness to move, groove, and feel good. Come for the flow, stay for the vibes!

Foundations | Level 1

Step onto your mat and build your practice from the ground up. Foundations is a beginner-friendly vinyasa flow class designed to teach the essential postures, alignment principles, and breathing techniques at the heart of a safe, sustainable yoga practice.

 

We’ll move at a slower, intentional pace to explore proper form, transitions, and how to link breath with movement. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to refine the basics, Foundations provides a supportive environment to ask questions, gain confidence, and develop body awareness.

 

Expect clear instruction and a focus on functional movement—preparing you to step confidently into any flow-based class. Learn the basics. Build the flow. Own your practice.

Wednesday

Power Flow | Level 1-2

Power Flow is an energizing, full-body yoga class that blends strength, mobility, and steady breath. You’ll move through a continuous flow with opportunities to explore balance, core work, and muscular engagement.

 

This class is perfect for students looking for a more fitness-focused practice that still honors alignment and mindful movement. Expect to sweat, strengthen, and leave feeling accomplished and grounded.

Thursday

Unwind the Mind | Level 1

Unwind the Mind is your invitation to slow down, soften, and gently release the week. This deeply nourishing class blends long-held, grounding stretches with calming breathwork and guided meditation to support deep relaxation and mental clarity.

​

Movements are slow, supported, and accessible, allowing space to fully settle into rest. Props such as bolsters, blocks, pillows, blankets, or any comfort item are encouraged—but never required—to help you feel supported and at ease throughout the practice.

​

As the class winds down, you’ll be guided into a short meditation followed by a soothing mini sound bath, where gentle vibrations help unwind stress, quiet the mind, and restore balance from within.

This class is the perfect way to get ready for the weekend—inviting you to unplug, reset your nervous system, and leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more grounded.

The Reset | Level 1

The Reset is a full-body mobility class designed to enhance joint health, improve flexibility, and help you move with greater freedom and control—both on and off the mat. Using bodyweight exercises, breathwork, guided movement patterns, and simple tools like dowel rods, we’ll focus on posture, alignment, and restoring your functional range of motion.

 

Perfect for athletes, desk workers, or anyone looking to undo daily tension and move more mindfully. Expect intentional, accessible movement that helps you reconnect with your body and feel better from the inside out. Come as you are—leave feeling open, aligned, and renewed.​

Mindful Movements | Level 2

This intermediate class invites you to deepen your connection to breath, body, and mind through focused breathwork, mindful flows, and guided meditation. Designed to challenge your strength and flexibility while nurturing awareness, Mindful Movements encourages intentional movement and present-moment focus.

 

Move with purpose, cultivate inner calm, and expand your practice beyond the physical as you flow with greater ease and mindfulness. Mindful motion for a balanced body and calm mind.

Align & Define | Level 1-2

Align & Define is a mat-based Pilates class designed for all levels—whether you’re brand new or have years of experience. You’ll build strength, improve flexibility, and increase body awareness through controlled, low-impact movements.

 

Each class begins with the fundamentals and offers modifications for those who want more challenge. As we grow together, the difficulty will gradually increase, helping you progress at your own pace. Pilates is for every body; no prior experience needed—just a mat, a willingness to move, and a little curiosity.

 

Discover how Pilates can bring strength, stability, and peace of mind into your week. Align your body. Define your strength.

Friday

Stretch Break Fridays | Level 1

Take a midday pause and give yourself the gift of movement with this gentle, feel-good yoga class—perfect for your lunch hour. Stretch Break Fridays blends slow-flow vinyasa and deep stretching to help you release tension, recharge your energy, and set the tone for the weekend ahead.

 

This 45-minute class gets you in, out, and back to work before your boss even notices you were gone. All levels are welcome—just bring yourself, your breath, and a willingness to move with intention. Step onto your mat, breathe deeply, and leave feeling lighter, balanced, and ready to shine into Friday afternoon.

Saturday

Zen Intentions Community Class | Level 1

Breathe deep. Let go. Begin again.

Zen Intentions is a pay-what-you-can community yoga class, designed to make the healing power of yoga accessible to all—because wellbeing should never be a luxury.

 

This beginner-friendly class features rotating teachers and a welcoming, judgment-free space. Move gently, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself through calming breathwork, intentional movement, and moments of stillness. We’ll focus on letting go of stress, tension, or stories that no longer serve you—making space for clarity, self-acceptance, and ease.

 

A minimum donation is suggested, but all are welcome—please give what you can, from the heart. Whether you’re new to yoga or just need a soft landing, Zen Intentions offers the perfect reset to help you feel grounded, refreshed, and at home in your body—just in time for the weekend. No experience necessary. Come as you are, give what you can, and begin your weekend with intention.
